After overturning Roe v. Wade, the conservative-dominated US Supreme court is calling for more cases that will restrict or abolish the rights that are explicitly granted within the constitution

The overturning of Roe v Wade which was said to be settled law was incredibly disappointing to most Americans. The impact of Roe v. Wade does not only affect the female community, but the outcome also affects the LGBTQ+ community.

Obergefell v. Hodges is similar to Roe v. Wade’s decision that gave same-sex marriage a constitutionally protected right. Like Roe v. Wade, the result of this jurisprudence is equally unconventional.
