14-Year-Old Noel Missing Since May 1—Police Asking for Public’s Help

Noel, a 14-year-old Black male, was last seen at approximately 9:15 p.m. on May 1 in the Weston Road and St. Philip’s Road area of Toronto. He is around 6 feet tall with a thin build and was wearing all black clothing when last spotted.
