From the moment visitors approach the entrance, they are greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets an immediate tone of authenticity, deep-seated hospitality, and profound cultural pride.

At the very core of the pavilion’s overarching mission is the vital act of passing the torch to the next generation, anchored entirely in the timeless values of family, grandmother, community, and spirit. Pavilion coordinator Adrian Solomon explains that the heart and soul of the pavilion’s vision is about ensuring ancestral wisdom lives on through the youth, beautifully illustrated during the cultural shows where moving moments depict a grandmother teaching her children how to cook and knead flour.
