Alberta is readying a team of up to 40 wildland firefighters, along with incident command staff, support teams, and equipment such as night-vision helicopters and water bombers. British Columbia, leveraging its strong relationship with CAL Fire, is sending technical staff with expertise in managing large-scale wildfires.
