Black Woman Is Racially Profiled by a Black Employee Aboard a Cruise Ship

A disturbing incident of racial profiling has come to light after a Black cruise passenger shared her experience of being targeted by a Black employee on board.

The passenger,  she was unfairly treated and singled out by the employee during her vacation who assumed she could not afford the private deck although she paid extra for this amenity. 

This incident has raised questions about internalized racism, bias, and the need for greater diversity and inclusion training within the cruise industry.

This incident serves as a reminder that racial profiling can occur anywhere, even in unexpected contexts, and highlights the importance of addressing and overcoming biases in all aspects of society.
